In the height of 1930s, the age of Hollywood’s golden era, luxurious looks of Hollywood Regency is favoured as in film set, in which the designer tries to capture an attention to the user, rather than the decor. Bold statement pieces, clean lines, delicate detail reflective surface, strong pattern and colours are some key characters of the style.
Within common function, an imposing tunnel is stitched with 30 layers of sheer fabric, acting as a long vault and creating a complete foreground to the backdrop. Tufted with custom-built twin chandeliers, a backdrop in beige is simply flanked with twin beveled columns and decorated with peony, Pincushion Protea, pink Astilbe, Scabiosa, yellow statice, crystanthemum, and rose.
Majestic stage is built and crafted with the same detail as backdrop, the beveled structure. Curtains of crystalise acrylic are suspended from the topmost, representing an opulence of the style and making a gigantic shimmer surface.
